This was the first time I ever hired a photographer and I have to say I was extremely glad I did to not have to worry about gathering photos. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, fair, and based on hours worked and number of individuals being photographed. I’m happy to discuss payment plans for anyone who needs payment options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I’ll point you toward my work on Instagram and Thumbtack to make sure you vibe with my style of posing and editing, then we’ll have a pick a color palette together and discuss the vision your want for your session. Afterwards we’ll decide on a time and location.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I’d encourage you to think about the type of editing and posing you like before hiring a photographer! It’s much easier to find someone when you know what you love.
