We are a local company with over 20 years of experience in managing rental properties; working with investors, home buyers, and sellers. We specialize in single-family homes within Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and the surrounding areas.
Our licensed team of David Danemann and Peter Kaplan will personally take care of your property. Our combined skills and experience in general contracting, project management, and private investigation provide an array of expertise with a personal touch to our clients. Good communication is an important part of our property management approach and we are always happy to answer your emails and phone calls.
Our property management services include and are not limited to Property Marketing (advertising), Tenant Screening (review financial and background information), Rent Collection, Property Inspections, and Maintenance, (we coordinate repairs.) We use state-of-the-art Property Management software to streamline the rental experience for owners (financial reporting and payments etc.) and tenants alike (rent payments, and maintenance requests.)

I highly recommend Great Dane Realty for propertymanagement services. He advertised my home for rent and in a couple of days he had found suitable tenants. He also got me a price $400 higher than my last rental. He also went the extra mile to make sure the home vac system was working properly and reinstalled smoke detectors. I will absolutely use this propertymanagement again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the standard 10% of the gross rents and will vet, place and sign leases with tenants. Manage all accounting if income and expenses and manage repairs while keeping the cost down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and evaluate your needs to see if we would be a good fit in a manager/client relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides a qualifying brokers license I have training interviewing individuals for Private Investigation work and I spent a few years remodeling houses which gives me an angle to repairs and maintenance issues.
