RPM Rio Grande is an outstanding company that is well managed. My rental has been 100% leased, at a good price. Management fees are very reasonable.They quickly take care of any issues raised by the tenants, and don't need to bother me getting approval for minor repairs....only major expenditures. They have been prompt with money transfers into my account and also with end of year tax information. It is a pleasure to work with them.

They did repairs on the property, cleaned it and helped us decide a rent for the property. After a couple weeks of vacancy, we discussed lowering the rent to get it to rent quickly. We lowered it $50 per month and the place was rented in the next week.We dont have to pay attention to dealing with rents collections or issues with property they deal with tenants. Only questions we have had have been around late rent from tenant and when the deposit would be made. Also need to keep up with repair notices and bill from repairs...As long as it stays rented and rents coming in we are happy with RPM. Have not used other property management companies so I cant compare to them.

Appending again : I have been incredibly happy with the extra support that Mark and Cynthia have provided during the COVID-19 crisis.-----I am appending to this review from 2 yrs : still 5 stars. My houses have been with RPM for over 6 years. We are dealing with a difficult tenant situation right now and Mark's support has been amazing : professional, responsive, and really taken the weight off my shoulders ( I live far away).I like the approach that RPM and Mark have to dealing with tenant conflict : use the least adversarial means required to get the job done. In other words : not killing a fly with a hammer.------I am looking at most of these reviews and realize they fall in two categories: (a) happy owners, and (b) complaining tenants.My experience as an owner has been positive with RPM -- I always get a realistic assessment about renting my properties and the tenant turnover time has been consistently under two weeks when a lease on one of my properties ends.I appreciate that RPM has dealt with problematic tenants and tenants that try to pay late professionally and firmly.

They are landlords for a property we ar renting on west side In Albuquerque. We moved in about a year ago and they have been great at responding to maintenance requests and getting things fixed. only downside is that they send out a lot of emails and texts on rent payment reminders and on inspections they do.

I hired them to manage my home in Rio Rancho about a year ago. They have managed it, dealt with maintenance, gotten new tenants, collected rent and provided information as needed for taxes. Don't know how they compare to other companies but they take care of the issues for us.
