Real Property Management is worth 5 stars. They are professional and honest.They have been taking care of my NE Heights home for over 2 years. It has always been rented. They tenants are well taken care of and that takes all the stress off of us.Mark Webb is professional. They did repairs on the property, cleaned it and helped us decide a rent for the property. After a couple weeks of vacancy, we discussed lowering the rent to get it to rent quickly. We lowered it $50 per month and the place was rented in the next week.We dont have to pay attention to dealing with rents collections or issues with property they deal with tenants. Only questions we have had have been around late rent from tenant and when the deposit would be made. Also need to keep up with repair notices and bill from repairs...As long as it stays rented and rents coming in we are happy with RPM. Have not used other property management companies so I cant compare to them.

I am a tenant in a property they manage near Candelaria. They allow payment of rent with credit card, maintain the property and allowed us to have a dog. We had a issue where our dishwasher wouldn't drain and they sent a repair guy to fix it next day. It can be hard to get a hold of someone on the phone with them but they did respond to request online

As a tenant of theirs, these guys are solid. We had one issue that took nearly a year to resolve. I wish it would have been resolved sooner, when we made a big deal of it, but it did get resolved. And the most concerning part was resolved in short order. I completely understand why it was dragged out, but I don't agree with it.Everything else has been top notch though. They have been stat with repair requests outside that one incident referenced above. Robert, their maintenance guy, is on top of everything and very communicative. It's nice to have that confidence that things will be properly addressed.All in all a solid property management company. Online tools are top notch and maintenance now seems to be as well. The sour taste of that one incident has not by any means ruined the experience on the whole.I would tell fellow renters that you can lease with trust with these guys, knowing that your place will always be maintained better than if you owned the place.

Appending again : I have been incredibly happy with the extra support that Mark and Cynthia have provided during the COVID-19 crisis.-----I am appending to this review from 2 yrs : still 5 stars. My houses have been with RPM for over 6 years. We are dealing with a difficult tenant situation right now and Mark's support has been amazing : professional, responsive, and really taken the weight off my shoulders ( I live far away).I like the approach that RPM and Mark have to dealing with tenant conflict : use the least adversarial means required to get the job done. In other words : not killing a fly with a hammer.------I am looking at most of these reviews and realize they fall in two categories: (a) happy owners, and (b) complaining tenants.My experience as an owner has been positive with RPM -- I always get a realistic assessment about renting my properties and the tenant turnover time has been consistently under two weeks when a lease on one of my properties ends.I appreciate that RPM has dealt with problematic tenants and tenants that try to pay late professionally and firmly.
