They quoted me a rate of $65, then immediately seemed to resent the fact. They did not do the job they promised, and the results were not satisfactory at all. Will not use them again.

That was 100% our fault! We just did not clarify when you asked for a quote as to what type of pests you had (German Roaches are a completely different pest to deal with than Oriental etc.). I am so sorry to hear that your service was not satisfactory, please call the office and we will do everything we can to make it right!
