Michael and his crew cleaned 18 windows, vacuumed the tracks, cleaned the screens. We were very happy with their work. We plan to call them back next time we have our windows cleaned.

The windows & screens looked much better! My feedback would be that Michael, the owner, gave me an in-person estimate & then on the day of the job and after it was complete told me he hadn't noticed that a few windows needed an acid treatment due to hard water stains & asked for an additional $20, which I paid on top of the original estimate. To me, a firm price is the whole reason to have an in-person estimate.
