Introduction: I offer an unique blend of physical conditiong from my diverse skill set of training in dance, yoga, pilates, long dististance running and weight lifting. I have developed a physical workout that strengthens the core, improves balance and stability while building endurance which will help enable the body to tone, firm and move freely, safely with confidence and agility in everyday life.
I have always being a very physically and artistic individual and have loved the feeling of being able to express myself through movement. The body is a powerful tool and learning how to use your body in a fluid, safe and resourceful way gives the individual freedom and energy to experience the daily challenges of life with more confidence and clearness of mind. Being able to help others achieve this goal in turn helps me to get deeper in my own personal practice.
