I’m Hutch from Alabama where I grew up on a big farm. So I learned hardwork at a young age. Growing up on a 1500 acre farm you learn to do a lot of things especially when you don’t want to walk miles to get someone. Mostly of all I learned from my grandfather who was an electrician in the mines and taught me everything he knew not to mention I had uncles that had every construction business imaginable. That was a plus in my eyes even though I never got a summer cause I always had to work. I will say though it gave me a good work ethic and i always went to the mines and learned even more there and everytime we got laid off I couldn’t just sit around and let My family starve I found a job most the time something I’ve never done. What has always stuck with me Is what my grandpaw told me when I was 9 he said “son learn every thing you can every chance you get and you’ll never be without a job”. So I took that to heart and learned as must as possible so there isn’t much I can’t do. I’m also will show up for the job and give it my best work no matter how big or small I never cut corners no matter if it saves time or not you do it right the first time always.
