Seems like a nice guy. He came and looked. Said he'd be back to do the repair. We had a little trouble finding a mutually convenient time. So, I told him to come whenever, but he has never come. He's not responding to my texts or voice messages. So, unreliable, I guess.

Provider was supposed to replace both springs on my garage door this morning and I never heard from them. I messaged around 1 PM and again at 5 PM with no response at all. No update, no call, no follow-up. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
