While Rodney couldn’t solve our issue, he quickly arrived to assess a situation I could not attend to since I live a few hours away. He understood the limitations of his equipment, made recommendations, and put me on a path to resolve a leak of previously unknown origin. I appreciated his honesty. I had Rodney install a new under cabinet microwave with new outside ventilation. Workmanship was excellent. He communicated well both before and after work completion. A very nice man who did what he said he would. I would hire him again.
