The latest work done was on my desktop computer. I had opened a very bad email. I couldn't run my antivirus even once. Roger helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Nothing worked. I was sure I would loose important data.
Roger's employee took it from me as I entered and went straight to work. Several other people had opened the same program and waited too long. It took a few days, but I didn't loose a single file, and the cost of repair was very reasonable.
I trust everyone at Edgar Digital with all my electronic needs, which have been many. They are always courteous and patient. One thing that makes them rise above the crowd is that they never try to sell me a product that I do not need.
Computers never break down at a convenient time; but Roger and his crew are always there and ready to serve!
