I would recommend Alex to anyone who needs help with their appliances. Had someone come look and gave me wrong diagnosis but sent the same information to Alex and he was almost sure what the issue was before coming to my home. He was very nice and seemed a lot more knowledgeable than other techs which also had more tools and meters. He made sure I understood what was wrong and searched for the best price on replacement parts. He fixed my fridge quickly and has been running good as new. Thanks Alex!!
