Aaron was very helpful to me. He arranged to meet me to start the initial repairs on my laptop. He also looked for different sources for replacement parts to restore the electrical charging capacity for the computer. Even though it didn't work, he remained helpful throughout the whole process and also downloaded the items from the hard drive of my old computer to the new one that I had to obtain. Aaron was very honest about not spending more to repair the laptop than it was worth. In every conversation I've had with him including text messages, he's been extremely helpful and has provided sound advice based on his own experience. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for prompt, efficient computer repair service in the Albuquerque Metro area.

My home computer crashed but when Aaron arrived to fix it, it magically started up again haha. So Aaron still stayed to diagnose the original problem and perform some hard drive repair and even updated my system. I would have been so lost without his knowledgeable expertise! I would highly recommend Aaron for all you computer problems!!

I began experiencing issues with some basic functions of my computer when I upgraded the operating system a couple months ago. While they did not seem necessary, the limited functionality was inconvenient. The two coworkers who usually provide technical support with my computer spent several hours attempting different strategies, but they kept hitting walls. Not only did Aaron resolve all my computer problems within an hour, he patiently explained each action in a manner both professional and reassuring. Should I come across additional issues with our office computers, I will definitely give him a call.
