I noticed the hot water heater leaking on Sunday. Put a request on Thumbtack. Ruben responded right away with a quote and a time. He showed up at 9:30 the next morning and he was done by 1 pm. His work was excellent. He had to add a valve and cut a hole in the wall that wasn't in the original quote but only charged for the price of valve. I have used 4 plumbers in the last few years and Total Plumbing is the one I will call back. The A O Smith water heater he install is not from a big box store, it is the ProLine commercial grade.

Ruben arrived a few minutes early, got right to work, and was friendly and informative. The installation (hot water heater) required some extra parts which he quickly obtained, and did not charge for, insisting on sticking to his estimate. I was very impressed, and am also very satisfied with the final results.
