Paul responded quickly, within minutes of me reaching out to him even though it was late in the evening. My drain pipe on my washing machine was backed up and water was coming out of it while I was doing a load of laundry. He gave me suggestions of things I can do in the meantime to be able to finish my load of laundry until he's able to get here tomorrow. This is my second time hiring him for a job.
