We have been very pleased with Tobias's reinstall of a storm door and trim replacement. He arrived on time, even picked up the additional supplies we needed and had all tools he needed for the job. We discovered later that day the door stopper needs further adjustment. He already reached back and will be back to complete adjustment. We highly recent him for your repairs!

I Can’t recommend Tobias enough. He responded immediately to my request to install Saftey bars in my mom’s shower and I was fortunate enough to schedule his help for the next day (Saturday). Tobias called before making his way to the house, and when he arrived, offered advice for placement of the bars. The job was completed in no time at all, and his rate was very competitive.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my experience when a customer is quoted a price, and when the handyman shows up do the job there are the unknown factors which were not unveiled to the handyman. This causes a conflict with the relationship with the customer and handyman. Working by the hour eliminates all these problems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer vent all their emotions about their project, then I contribute my opinion as what I can do to satisfy the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2007 started Senior Savvy Handyman services for Lowes.
