- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are not the cheapest but the product and the quality and service that is provided is very exceptional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first inquire we ask for your date and location of the event so that we can check our availability. Then if the dates work then we will send you a contract and ask that it be completed. Then we set up a time to go over template designs and back drop colors and designs. The the 3 to 2 week before the event we confirm everything. The day of the event we arrive 60 min to 2 hour before the event and then the magic begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in Business for over three years and have the largest products of Foto Master Mirror Booths in the state of New Mexico.
