Jordan Romero did an excellent job servicing our broken garagedoor opener. He took his time looking at the problem, and explained it to me . He went through our options for service without pressuring me to make a quick decision. I thought he was very professional. He also went the extra mile by fixing a problem with the wiring of the garagedoor. I was very pleased with his service.

It was an excellent experience. The technician Jordan was as helpful, transparent and nice as I have ever had in a contractor for any service, and I just remodeled my entire house and dealt with 10 contractors.A-1 and Jordan were great. I recomend them as highly as possible. Do yourself a favor and use A-1 for your garage issues.I may actually get a 2bd garagedoor opener because it was so seamless.Thank you!Scott H.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company, they were extremely responsive to my call for help (garagedoor stuck closed) keeping me informed as to when the technician would be with me. Jordan was amazing- he did a really thorough job, diagnosing a broken spring, and talked me through all the cost options at each stage, doing his best to get the motor running to avoid adding the cost of replacement to the bill. I feel I am in very safe hands now for the future. Thank you A1, your service is impeccable!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors
