- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is completely custom and prices can vary based on each client's selections. We often have seasonal promotions and always offer Military, First Responder, Educator, Military, Senior and Cash (Non-Card) discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project & home is different, after submitting your information we will reach out to have a quick chat about your project and schedule a time to come out for a consultation. During your initial consultation we will take any required measurements, select materials and provide pricing and time-frame. We may set another time to meet with you if you'd like us to render a 3D Model and Walkthrough of your project or if we need time to gather more samples, compile your estimate etc. Once everything is approved you are given access to our client hub where you can track the progress of your job, you'll be provided a copy of our insurance and any relevant warranties and assigned your project manager (almost always the person you have been working with but if it is extremely specialty work it may be someone who knows all the ins and outs of that type of work). You can reach out to your project manager any time with questions or concerns.
