SO thankful to have found NHS! We knew we wanted to redo our kitchen when we moved in to our new home. We called a couple of places and almost gave up hope after having such trouble reaching a person and not a robot. NHS was at our house the same week we called them, came prepared with a wide variety of cabinets, counters, and flooring. They were efficient, communicative, and fast, and now we have our dream kitchen!

NHS truly saved my skin, I had foolishly thought I could remodel my kitchen on my own but the project had quickly gotten out of hand. I am so glad that I called Max when I did, he was out the very next day helping me get everything sorted out, and was even able to take the measurements of everything and give me a full 3d visualization of how the finished product would look like, his quoted price was very agreeable, plus the crew was able to start right away. The workers were all very pleasant and got the whole project done much faster than expected, and I was very impressed with their attention to detail in their workmanship. I am very happy with my decision to employ NHS, the quality of the finished product is amazing and my whole family loves it, I will definitely be calling again if I ever need any more work done with my home.

Their crew did a fantastic job installing our new quartz counters! As a first time home owner this was my first experience with home remodeling and NHS couldn't have made the project more pleasant.The work quality was amazing! I really appreciated quick responses to my questions and concerns.I also really appreciated all the time Max spent with me to make sure everything was exactly right prior to ordering! If we need anything done to our home in the future we will absolutely be using NHS again!

Max came to my house on Aug 13 2023 to do a consult for a remodel of my small bathroom. We discussed what needed to be done, he took measurements. When he left he gave me his business card, took my email address and told me he would send estimate in about a week or less. After a week went by, I had no contact from him. I then called the numbers on the business card. Both numbers said no one is available to answer call….., I then messaged the company through Thumbtack app and explained to whoever, that I was not being contacted….. I still have not heard from anyone connected to Neighborhood Home Services. I’m writing this review so others can be aware of their practices. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is completely custom and prices can vary based on each client's selections. We often have seasonal promotions and always offer Military, First Responder, Educator, Military, Senior and Cash (Non-Card) discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project & home is different, after submitting your information we will reach out to have a quick chat about your project and schedule a time to come out for a consultation. During your initial consultation we will take any required measurements, select materials and provide pricing and time-frame. We may set another time to meet with you if you'd like us to render a 3D Model and Walkthrough of your project or if we need time to gather more samples, compile your estimate etc. Once everything is approved you are given access to our client hub where you can track the progress of your job, you'll be provided a copy of our insurance and any relevant warranties and assigned your project manager (almost always the person you have been working with but if it is extremely specialty work it may be someone who knows all the ins and outs of that type of work). You can reach out to your project manager any time with questions or concerns.
