- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken two advanced StrengthsFinder trainings. I am a certified Strengths Strategy coach and member of the Trusted Advisors Network in New Mexico. An experiential learner, I constantly create new tools and bring together strengths, psychology and spirituality in my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 22, I wanted to start a business called the Listening Post. I didn't start that business because I didn't think anyone would believe that a 22-year-old wanted to listen to them. :) The profession of coaching didn't even exist then. Fast forward to 1997. I hired my first business coach and fell in love with coaching as a client. I then transitioned my own business from marketing consulting to business and life coaching and have never looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1. Business owners moving through growth, transition and/or loss to clarity, confidence and calm. 2. Individuals finding/creating a meaningful business or fulfilling work. 3. Couples understanding each other better and dramatically improving communication.
