Adam E. says, "Our heat pump was out these past two weeks and another big HVAC company made three visits since resulting in a different diagnosis each time, no fix, and conclusion that the unit was beyond repair and the whole 5 year old system needed replacing. I called #1 Plumbing for a second opinion yesterday afternoon and scheduled for 8-10am today. David arrived promptly at 8am and in under an hour had our unit operating and we have heat now for the Winter storm coming this weekend. Kudos for outstanding responsiveness, technical knowhow, value and honesty. Highly recommend."See more
