Introduction: Beauty from the inside out ! My approach is to help deeply nourish emotionally & physically through rich whole foods. Enjoying the process of cooking as well as finding community to support that which we put into our mouths. It's a cycle of growth as well as finding comfort in the ways we were brought up. Working with a variety of clients and perspectives but seeing the patterns within people and their needs. Everyone is unique but also it's beautiful to see the patches of the health quilt connect.
