Sarah's work is not to be undermined at all... however she was dishonest in that she told my family and I that we would receive all of the shots she took...only to later be told that the focus was off in more of them than actually initially received. After speaking to her she sent more in which I was advised "not to post" because they were unedited. Further, we didn't get all of the shots a second time. She prided her 30 years of expertise yet after several requests still did not direct my family which is reflected in some of the shots...no posture suggestions, guidance, scenery changes, with the exception of one area with shadowing. She'd take a photo and then look to us for what was next. I offered feedback and was met with additional confidence of her 30 years. 😖 Ultimately, I just wanted the photos we looked forward to receiving to celebrate the momentous occasion.

Unfortunately we were not on the same page and lacked communication during this shoot. I can tell you that I was never dishonest. I did not tell you I would give you all the photos until you asked me after delivering the edited photos to you. You told me these photos were very sentimental and you wanted the unedited as well. I asked you not to post the unedited photos because those are not my finished work. Suggestions were not given during the shoot because when family members step up and take control I step back. Again it seems it was a lack of communication and I am happy you are pleased with the final edited photos I delivered.
