- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe remodeling should feel transparent from the very beginning. You'll receive a detailed proposal that clearly outlines the work, materials, and costs, and we're always happy to answer questions before you make a decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects start with a conversation. We'll visit your home, learn what you're hoping to accomplish, and discuss your budget and timeline. If we're a good fit, we'll create a detailed proposal and guide you through the project from planning to the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and is a licensed Nevada residential remodeling contractor. We combine that technical background with years of hands-on remodeling experience to help projects run smoothly.
