Introduction: 🔅Private Tailored Sessions 🔅Bachelorette Yoga Events Began incorporating yoga & mindfulness practice into a daily routine over 10 years ago to improve posture, endurance, flexibility. In 2016, I began implementing yoga and meditation in my corporate position to increase performance, communication, and wellness in the office. I am now bringing all I have learned to my students to improve your bone and muscle strength to eleviate body pain and improve mobility. Paired with mindfulness and meditation tools for a well-balanced life on and off your mat. Whether this is a private client or a bachelorette event, the experience will be tailored to your needs and desires. Mat rentals are available for large groups up to 12 people. If you are visiting the area, I am happy to help you determine an intimate location for the class if outdoors is preferred.

Nichole was highly professional! I booked her on behalf of my company's exec team for a session during their offsite in June. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an introductory first session at $75, individual/group sessions, and classes packages! Where are you located? Any locations that exceed 50 miles round trip from Carson City will include a $30 travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our consultation, we will discuss your needs and your goals and determine if we are a good fit for one another. I will give you an overview of our first session. If you choose to continue with me, we will then map out a plan of action for your practice to weave into your daily routine when we are not meeting for a session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training (CorePower, Huntington Beach, CA) 25-Hour Trapeze Teacher Training (GoodMoodra Yoga, Fullerton, CA) 2000+ hours teacher group and private classes
