- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I'd like my customers to understand that my pricing is relayed to: the party size, the party time, the setup and clean up, the products provision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First get to know the customer well and call them by their name, try to be more flexible and likable and at same time be honest with them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified bartender from the Las Vegas Baterders Union School and I've been bartending for most of the big special events in Las Vegas.
