- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are for groups at a min. of 25 ppl. We can do custom and I try my best to meet the budgets of my clients but that is not always accomplished. All prices are subject to 8.38% sales tax and 22% taxable administrative charge. Seated Lunch $80 pp/Dinner $90 pp Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres during the Cocktail Hours and 1st hour of the Reception. The amount also covers, my wait staff, setting up and breaking down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Po'Beaux we are all about being through by making sure we here the custom. We create a proposal outline what was discussed. If the customer would like to proceed, the client, my sous chef and I discuss the food options. Some foods keep better than other and we let the clients know that. Signed contract with a 50% deposit and the planning for Po'Beaux begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Le Cordon Bleu and The Art Institute of Art in Atlanta. owned and operated 4 restaurants and I have been cooking and baking over 25 years.
