FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At AGTG Electrical, I believe in honest, transparent pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises. Every job is assessed fairly based on the scope of work, materials needed, and time involved. I offer free estimates so you know exactly what to expect before we begin. I also offer discounts for seniors, veterans, first responders, and churches — because serving the community is at the heart of what I do. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger electrical project, my goal is always to provide high-quality work at a fair and reasonable price. Your safety and satisfaction are worth more than cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, my goal is to make the process smooth, respectful, and straightforward from start to finish. First, I start with a quick conversation — whether by phone, text, or in person — to understand what you need. I listen carefully and ask the right questions to get a clear idea of the issue or project. Then I’ll schedule a time that works for you to either come by for a free estimate or, if possible, give a quote right away. Once the job is scheduled, I show up on time, ready to work, and walk you through what I’m doing so you’re never left in the dark. I treat your home or business with respect — like it’s my own — and I always clean up after the job is done. My goal is to make sure you feel confident in the work, cared for throughout the process, and completely satisfied when it’s finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my journey in the electrical field by getting hands-on experience early on and learning directly from licensed professionals in the trade. I completed formal electrical training and have continued to grow through on-the-job experience, tackling a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Las Vegas. Beyond the technical skills, I’ve made it a point to stay up to date with current codes, safety standards, and the latest electrical technology. Every job I take on is backed by a solid understanding of how to do things the right way — not just fast, but safe and up to code. Being the owner of AGTG Electrical has also taught me the value of professionalism, accountability, and clear communication — skills that are just as important as knowing how to run wire or install a panel.
