I got a response to my request for a repair within 10 minutes. They came out and checked out my treadmill and it needed a new motor. They let me know it was under warranty and provided me with pricing to replace walking belt and motor belt.

This company is the best. Very professional and responsive. If you are looking for a fitness machine repair this is the company to go with. They fixed my treadmill and then came back due to the belt slipping a couple months later and did not charge for the adjustment. Treadmill is working great now.

Alejandro (the owner) answered my request at 11 pm in the evening and promptly showed up the next day to complete the job.
