This company is the best. Very professional and responsive. If you are looking for a fitness machine repair this is the company to go with. They fixed my treadmill and then came back due to the belt slipping a couple months later and did not charge for the adjustment. Treadmill is working great now.

Everything went great. The response was quick. The tech (Dave) got back to me the same day and diagnosed the problem. He had to order parts and estimated it would take about a week to get the parts. He was back exactly one week later and fixed my treadmill. He was great! The one negative I had with the whole experience probably had more to do with company policy than the tech. Most businesses I have dealt with put the diagnostic fee towards the total amount if I hire them to do the job. Not only was that not the case here, but I had to pay that fee both times the tech came to the house. Good thing Dave got my treadmill working, because I had to run off a little steam.
