CJ came out diagnosed our problem quickly and promptly, told us what part needed repair. Thankfully our treadmill was under warranty for the part so we ordered it and he’ll be back out to replace it when we receive the new part

Alejandro (the owner) answered my request at 11 pm in the evening and promptly showed up the next day to complete the job.
