Tommy from IHB was a referral from a good friend of mine. My garage door wouldn’t open so I called 3 different garage door companies who wanted to charge for estimates or had a trip fee. My friend recommended Tommy from IHB. I called IHB and Tommy was at my door within 30 minutes, he immediately saw the problem was a broken torsion spring, replaced the spring and lubed up my garage door.
