- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients are able to review all pricing online and pick and choose their service while also seeing all of our hourly rates. We don’t just use the theory of 100 dollars per hour for everything we do. Our rates vary which they can see as in our client portal booking feature. We charge for the difficulty of the protect not just a blanket rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
