FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home & building inspection fees are based on building square footage with possible adjustments for age or long distance travel. Radon fees are fixed for square feet up to 2000 and may be adjusted accordingly for larger areas or commercial needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk personally with the client. That way we can chat about the inspection process and address any questions or concerns so we are all on the same page before even going to the property. I prefer to manage expectations in advance of the inspection itself. Nobody like surprises!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
