Introduction: I have performed thousands of inspections over the more than 17 years of being a full time, professional home and building inspector. I am the inspector real estate agents refer THEIR loved ones to! I have the experience and knowledge to take care of your inspection needs and answer the questions you do not even know to ask and take great pride in inspecting properties as if I'm buying them myself! I am certified by the State of Nevada and fully insured. I am also certified by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technicians for radon testing using an electronic test device that is extremely accurate and delivers immediate test results.No waiting days for lab results! I am the immediate past president of the Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Home Inspectors, current member of the Southern Nevada Association of Professional Property Inspectors, I'm a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors so I have a Sentri-Lock key which provides access to homes and buildings throughout the valley, a certified swimming pool operator by the National Swimming Pool Foundation and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. During a home or small building inspection there can be several thousand items inspected. I encourage clients to attend the inspection so we can talk about the findings and answer questions right there in person and will stay on site with them for as long as that takes! After the inspection I am a clients "Building Consultant for Life". I am available to call, text, or email anytime, even years later, with construction or home improvement questions. I am a one person business so I "do it all" and enjoy the challenges as well as the rewards! Because I am the only employee so it affords great flexibility to work weekends if needed or readjust the schedule to be able to help a client out of a tight spot at the last minute. I am very proactive and like to make things happen. I enjoy meeting all kinds of different people and being able to enlighten and educate them regarding their new home during the inspection process, often times helping them avoid potentially costly mistakes or problems they would otherwise have had no clue about. The artsy side of me enjoys doing my own marketing and I built and maintain the company website. I also enjoy very much being given the opportunity to see all kinds of homes and buildings that I may not otherwise.
