Named my company and in detail, typed exactly what I do. Posted on-line, mailed out to people from newspaper that were moving into new homes, to New Resident, put my flyer in convenient stores, bought newspaper sleeves and placed flyer in there and left in front of mailboxes. After I got started, word of mouth spread like wildfire.

When I enter a home I start with looking for cob-webs, dust blinds, clean window seals, clean baseboards, start in kitchen...sterilizing everything, fridge and oven included. Move on to bathrooms, sweet, mop, dust furniture, vaccum, spray air freshener as I walk out the door, unless you prefer no fragrance.
Job completed!! Have never had anyone complain.
We work in Henderson, Las Vegas, Boulder City. No out of town requests, please, no more than 40 miles.
I do alot of clean in/outs, people moving in a new place,or out of one. Be honest when we converse over email or my cellphone. Feel free to contact me anytime if you need to discuss anything regarding any needs you may have. If we are doing a clean in/clean out and we get to your location, IF the home is more dirty than you previously told me, then there WILL be a $50-$75 upcharge before we start or we will reschedule.

****If you have a move in/move out request**** you must send pictures or I need to come and see what is needed. We spent 7-1/2 hours on a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom townhouse that I was told not too bad. 4 hours alone in kitchen!!!!! Will not do blindly anymore.
****We pay for your request, so ONLY serious persons ask for a quote**** My quote may be a little high to some, but you get what you pay for!!!!! We also do not have any phone numbers to give a phone quote!
