- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and offer competitive prices without jeopardizing our services. We offer discounts for our customers who want recurring cleanings. Our pricing is based off the service needed; we do not have an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When on boarding a new client I always tell them upfront what my services include, and provide a link to my website so they can learn more about my company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years cleaning experience and am always looking for tips and tricks to help me and my clients.
