- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing their specific needs — what areas of the home they want cleaned and how often. I provide a clear estimate and explain what’s included in the service. On the first visit, I make sure to follow a detailed checklist, communicate any questions, and ensure the home is left spotless. Afterward, I check in to make sure the customer is completely satisfied and adjust future visits based on their preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on training in residential and deep cleaning, including safe use of professional-grade products and equipment. We’re insured and follow industry best practices for sanitation and home care. Over the years, we’ve also completed trainings on eco-friendly cleaning methods and customer service to make sure every home gets detailed, reliable, and safe results. Our team of cleaners have an average of 10+ years of professional cleaning experience.
