The two gentlemen that assisted me were careful in unloading my Pod. I’m new to the platform and was skeptical at first but the communication from booking down to execution was great. My original booking was scheduled for during the day and when I had to adjust the time they pivoted without any hassle. It was reassuring as moving can be stressful. They completed the work in 1.45 h and I booked 2h to unload a pod.
