Worst movers ever! Very rude, absolutely no respect for our possessions! I'm still looking for things that are probably permanently missing. They broke my $2000 dining room table and a box of nice dishes. When brought to their attention, they tried to renegotiate for more money! Absolutely horrible. I'm sorry that you feel this way. Well, the table that you are speaking of only needed the screws put back in it and we offered to have the table repair and you said no. We were not hired to setup the furniture, we were hired to move it, there is an additional charge for setup. We have a record of the things that you agreed upon concerning your move and setting up furniture in different rooms in the house was not one of them. We worked from 9 am on the 31st until 3 am the next day and didn't get paid for the extra work that we did. You were very verbally abusive and disrespectful to my worker. I did record everything that was going on as I was walking thru the house.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The typical process is that I speak with the customer over the phone, I explain the details of our services and I explain to the customer that the first quote that's given is an initial quote for that type of service and that in order to give them a final quote, I would need to come out and do an evaluation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?One day I needed help moving and couldn't find anyone that would move me because I didn't have enough money. I had to end up moving my stuff with a shopping cart believe it or not. It was very embarrassing and I never forgot how that made me feel. I said to myself, I would never want anyone to go thru this because they didn't have enough money and I started my own moving company years ago.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most of my jobs are just moving customers out of one home or apartment to the next. I get jobs were people want me to remove junk for them every now and then. There are jobs that I get were someone wants me to move their belongings from one storage unit to another storage unit.
