I am a commercial and residential agent and Cynthia has been my preferred notary for the past few years for a lot of my closings and other legal docs that require signatures . I just recently was able to call Cynthia last minute for a huge favor. Cynthia drove clear across town to help me get power attorney paperwork signed right before my client had to get on the plane.
