- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard open booth package for event with 100 people or less: 1 hr - $200 2 hr - $250 3 hr - $300 4 hr - $350 5 hr - $450 $100/hr for each additional after Additional charge for larger events, booth styles/addons, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is similar no matter the client. We figure out the needs of the client, build a package based on their needs and then send them all necessary documents to reserve. We follow up the week of event with the design and confirm all event info. We show up to prior to service period for setup, work the event, and follow up again a few days after with all the pictures from the event and thank them for their business.
