- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a form I ask Seniors (for example) to fill out so I can customize the sitting to their personality, then we set a time(s) and meet for the sitting, I have forms to help coordinate what props the senior might want to incorporate into the sitting as well. And it tells of what type of attire works best with which type of setting. Payment is due at the time of the sitting. Then within a week I have their images up online in a private, password protected album for them to peruse and order from!

Crialdé school of Fine arts in Florida, since then I've constantly been learning and educating myself to keep me up to date on new techniques and styles available!
