No one likes to deal with a plumbing emergency but when I did, I called TandN and they were out the same day. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had them replace my water heater and they did an excellent job. Made sure it was up to code and even made a custom drip pan due to where my water is at.

Arrived within the given time frame however when they arrived neither technician placed booties on their shoes. One of the technicians was continually on his phone. They replaced the inside (flapper) of the toilet however that did not resolve the problem. I was told it was the gasket and the toilet would need to be replaced however they did not know what the price would be and a person named Samantha would call me with all of the details. Well needless to say two days later I still have not received a call. I would not recommend them. The employees did not seem to act or look very professional.
