He kept me informed at all times and showed me the things that needed to be replaced. I also had him replaced my RO filters because it is too hard for me to get down to do them myself. The night that he installed the garbage disposal, my kitchen started flooding. He came back the next day and said that a lot of people don't have dishwashers, so he forgot to take a plug out of the hose.. That same night my kitchen sink started leaking again... He finally came back and tightened a pipe connection... Long story short, I have had a pot under my sink for 2 weeks! Mold is probably under the sink now, I need to pay someone else to fix what was broken! I should have just kept a non functioning garbage disposal!

After weeks of stopping on and off and rattling horribly my garbage disposal finally died on me in the middle of prepping for a big Saturday night dinner. I immediately went on Thumbtack & Gilbert was the only professional that would give me a quote over the phone to install a new one. He offered to come immediately but with an impending dinner party it wasn't possible so he scheduled for first thing Sunday morning at no extra charge so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday which was a huge relief. He was on time, went right to work & also took care of my under sink water filtration system which was bulky, in the way & hasn't worked properly for years.
