- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is dependent on each individual job. Some stone is not that soiled, others have oil, and other elements that take us more solution and time to clean. This has to be done on site
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in bi monthly conference calls with the industries leading experts. I ask all my sources question, trade shows, and follow up methods to better use their products. I am a ferocious reader of the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Introduced to me by my son, I was amazed on what this system does. I had to get into the field and clean and service the clients with a great way of floor care!
