I leased a single family home from KNJ for 16 consecutive years (2009 to 2025) before moving out of state. KNJ was so easy to work with it was an easy decision to stay with them. KNJ was always fair, reliable and immediately responsive to any concerns or repair needs I had. I highly recommend them. Sincere thanks to Rick and Carla for their help over the years.

Terrific management company -- I've been a tenant in one of the units they manage since 2022 and they're extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Maintenance (when needed) is responsive and easy as well.

Paul performed up and above the standard for a great realtor. He answered every question I had and if he didn't know he would come back to me later with the answer I needed. He was by far the best realtor I ever had. He was kind, gracious, and went out of his way for me. I would recommend him to anybody 100%. I think he is not just my realtor but he is my friend.
