Paul just helped my husband and I buy our new home!! We fell in love with the property the moment we walked in and Paul made sure to submit the offer within 1 hour. The contract was well made and helped us feel safe and confident. Our process was time sensitive because we were renting at the time and wanted to make sure we would be able to move out of the rental property before our contract expired. Paul understood the assignment. He was very quick in responding our messages and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We even closed a week before the day we were expecting, which gave us more time to pack and move! We also had an issue after we moved in that could have cost us thousands of dollars, but he was able to help us solve the problem quickly without spending a penny. I cant recommend him and his team enough!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to research the comparable rentals in the area, then complete an on-site review of the property. I take the time to address any questions my clients have before onboarding the property and client. I have professional photos taken and use online, social media, and print marketing to find the best tenant possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors and have recently completed the National Association of Residential Property Managers Residential Management Professional designation.
