- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to research the comparable rentals in the area, then complete an on-site review of the property. I take the time to address any questions my clients have before onboarding the property and client. I have professional photos taken and use online, social media, and print marketing to find the best tenant possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors and have recently completed the National Association of Residential Property Managers Residential Management Professional designation.
