Hi, I’m Dale. My family and I have called the Las Vegas area our home for over 35 years. My family moved to Las Vegas in 1985. I was fortunate enough to have parents that taught me about investing and convinced me to purchase a great starter home. So, at the age of 23 I was a first time home buyer where my wife and I could start our family. Luckily I had a great Realtor, my mother who was also an excellent example. Within five years, we had sold our first home and purchased a new construction home, in Henderson, where we added a baby boy to the family. Meanwhile, my professional career was doing well. I quickly advanced into a top management position and had a successful career for over 20 years.. My Real Estate Career started after seeing my friends not getting the service from their Real Estate Agent that they deserved. After all, with over two decades of overseeing projects, employees and communication with clients, Real Estate seemed to be the next step in my career. I have never looked back, and enjoyed every minute of my journey.
