We just hired Ken and his team. So far so good. We feel comfortable with them handling our unique pool equipment setup. (Older house with some funky equipment) they have addressed all my concerns, and a plan of action to make sure my pools perfect for my kids this summer.

Ken of Kenian Pool Service invoiced me to prepay for service. I paid such invoice immediately upon receipt. Ken was “going to get back to me” to confirm my service could be scheduled for 10/27/22. Since 10/24/22, after taking my payment, Ken has ceased all communication with me. He will not respond to text messages and has ignored my request for a refund. He took my money and disappeared. I have reported him and his company to thumbtack. DO NOT HIRE KEN OR HIS COMPANY. He scammed me and he will likely scam you.

I'm sorry things didn't work out. As I texted you on Tuesday, because of the winds over the weekend, it was not possible to give you an exact time for your service on Thursday. You were on the schedule for today until I got your message that you hired another company. I didn't get back to you on Wednesday because my wife was in the hospital and I was preoccupied. I will refund the one weeks payment that you paid. Ken
