I noticed my toilet water occasionally was not clear (tended to be a little brown colored). The funny thing was at times it would clear up on it's own. Guillermo, the tech speaks perfect Spanish and English, additionally he was very knowledgable about what was causing the problem. It turned out that I needed to replace my water softner which I was aware needed replacing but was "dragging my feet" Lol. Guillermo diagnosed the problems within minutes and was extremely polite and professional. He is a great representative of this company. Guillermo will be sending me a quote for a new water conditioner. Thanks so much Pipe Pros!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our techs do NOT work on commission so we can provide estimates without high pressure sales tactics. We offer financing through Synchrony and others. Discounts for first responders, military and seniors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in Plumbing, Mechanical (HVAC) and pipe welding. Our projects include simple repairs to large projects on the Strip. Our owner was in charge of the central plant at the Allegiant stadium which supplied the heating and cooling.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with the City of Las Vegas DRIP program, which has grants for leak repairs.
