How to describe Nav, my favorite yoga teacher? Well, for starters, just plain "FANTASTIC"! Everything has changed for the better in my life since I started working with (exceptionally beautiful) Nav. I started out in a lot of pain, stressed after the loss of my husband of many years. In Nav's classes I have progressed to a sense of physical well-being and peace, inside and out. She has challenged me to go beyond my physical limitations, without being demanding; she always preaches caution, and individual self-protection. She's as knowledgeable about the human body and its potential as a physician; she's also so charismatic in her teaching style - using humor, wisdom and objective compassion - that the time flies by. Nav is the yoga instructor who keeps me coming back. I'm "hooked" on yoga and going for a healthy body, thanks to Nav's excellence as a practitioner and her charm, wit and professionalism as a teacher. Nav is young, but to me, she seems like an "old soul," wise beyond her years. For me, Nav Dhillon is a true yoga star!

Very knowledgeable as far as adjusting poses for individual differences. Great sense of humor. She seems to be a very loving giving friendly person.
